Compatible tools

One installer. Ten tools configured.

The installer writes the right config file for each tool automatically — so the same expert setup works everywhere you already code.

Claude Code — primary target
Claude Code CLI
The primary tool AIKit Pro configures. 153 skills installed to ~/.claude/skills/, 7 agents to ~/.claude/agents/, 47 commands, and a professional CLAUDE.md.
VS Code + Claude Code extension
The AIKit Pro VS Code extension (Ctrl+Shift+A) puts all 47 commands in the VS Code command palette. Installed automatically alongside Claude Code.
GitHub Copilot
The installer writes Copilot instruction files with AIKit's expert conventions — same professional guidance for Copilot Chat as for Claude Code.
AI Editors — native config written by installer
Cursor
Market leader for AI-first editing. The installer writes .cursorrules with all AIKit Pro settings pre-applied.
Windsurf
Context-aware AI coding with Cascade. The installer writes .windsurfrules automatically.
Void
Open-source, bring-your-own-key alternative to Cursor. Your data never leaves your machine. AIKit config works natively.
VS Code
The world's most popular editor. The installer sets up Copilot instructions and the Claude Code extension — full AIKit skills available from within VS Code.
Anti Gravity
AI-native editor with intelligent code flow. The installer writes AIKit's expert rules directly into Anti Gravity's config on first run.
VS Code AI extensions — config written by installer
Cline (formerly Claude Dev)
Autonomous coding agent for VS Code. Reads your terminal, creates files, and runs commands. The AIKit installer configures Cline on first run.
Roo Code
Enhanced Cline fork with tighter file-access controls and multi-model support. The installer configures Roo Code alongside Cline in one step.
Continue
Open-source chat sidebar + inline completions for VS Code and JetBrains. The installer writes Continue's config with Claude and AIKit's conventions pre-set.
Terminal & CLI — native config written by installer
Aider
Chat in the terminal, get multi-file edits and automatic Git commits. Configured by the AIKit installer via .aider.conf.yml.

The installer writes native config files for all 10 tools above. Skills, agents, and /commands are available in every Claude Code session regardless of which editor you use.

VS

Why it matters

Two hours of setup.
Or two minutes.

The difference between a professional Claude Code environment and a default one is significant. Here's what you're actually comparing.

Without AIKit Pro
Write your CLAUDE.md from scratch — no template, no structure
Hunt GitHub for skill examples that may be outdated or broken
Configure each tool separately — Cursor, Windsurf, Aider each need their own setup
Maintain your own skill library and keep up with Claude's changes
No /commands — just type instructions from memory every time
2+ hours setup, then outdated within weeks
With AIKit Pro
Professional CLAUDE.md generated — project-aware, role-specific, opinionated
153 battle-tested skills — code review, security audits, architecture, docs, and more
Single installer configures Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf, Aider, Void, Cline, Roo Code, and more
Monthly auto-updates — new skills, new commands, kept current automatically
47 /commands — invoke any workflow in one line, every session
Under 2 minutes total, then hands-off forever

FAQ

Common questions

Which AI tools does AIKit Pro configure?
The installer writes native config files for exactly 10 tools: Claude Code (153 skills + 7 agents + 47 commands + CLAUDE.md), Cursor (.cursorrules), Windsurf (.windsurfrules), Void (native config), VS Code (extension + Copilot instructions), Aider (.aider.conf.yml), Cline (project config), Roo Code (project config), Continue (.continue/config.json), and Anti Gravity (native config). GitHub Copilot instructions are also written so Copilot Chat follows AIKit's conventions. All configured in one run, nothing manual.
Does this work with any project or language?
Yes. The skills work at the Claude Code level — they're not project-specific. You can use /code-review on a Python project today and a Node.js project tomorrow. The skills adapt to whatever codebase Claude Code is reading.
Do I need a Claude Code subscription too?
AIKit Pro configures Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf, and Aider — you need whichever AI tool you plan to use. For Claude Code: a Claude Pro account or API key. For Cursor: a Cursor subscription. AIKit Pro is the expert configuration and skills layer that supercharges all of them.
What happens to the skills if I cancel?
Your local skills library and configuration remain on your machine. You just won't receive monthly updates to new skills, and your GitHub access to the private repo is removed. The skills you already have keep working.
How do monthly updates work?
The installer registers a scheduled task (Windows) or cron job (Mac/Linux) that runs on the 1st of each month. It pulls the latest skills via git and merges the CLAUDE.md template while preserving your personal Local Overrides section.
How is payment handled?
Payment is via SEPA bank transfer (EU accounts) or SWIFT (international). After you submit the form, you'll receive transfer details by email. GitHub repo access is granted once payment clears — usually within one business day. Cancel anytime by email; no lock-in.
